Colin Cooley

Colin Cooley is a professional Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His focus is on achieving an overall elevated level of health and fitness and injury prevention by using a combination of strength and conditioning techniques with functional training. He specializes in the prevention and care of all athletic related injuries for middle and high school athletes, and in the personal training and post-rehabilitation of adults recovering from injury.
